1. CO2 RF laser: The CO2 RF laser is the core component of the laser marking machine. It uses the high-frequency radio frequency current generated by discharge to excite CO2 gas to generate a laser beam. CO2 RF laser has the advantages of high power, high efficiency and stability, and can provide high-quality laser beam.
2. Optical system: The optical system mainly consists of the laser beam output end lens group, scanning lens group and focusing lens group. After the laser beam passes through the output lens group, it is scanned by the scanning lens group, then focused by the focusing lens group, and finally illuminated on the object to be marked. The design and adjustment of the optical system has an important impact on the accuracy and effect of laser marking.
3. Control system: The control system is an important part of the laser marking machine. It includes electronic control system and software control system. The electronic control system is responsible for controlling parameters such as laser switching, power and frequency, as well as controlling the scanning and focusing of the optical system. The software control system is responsible for designing and editing marking patterns, controlling the speed and depth of the marking process, etc.
4. Workbench: The workbench is a platform on which the objects to be marked are placed, usually made of aluminum alloy or stainless steel. The workbench has features such as adjustable height and fixed clamps to accommodate objects of different sizes and shapes.
5. Cooling system: Since the operation of the CO2 RF laser consumes a large amount of electrical energy, it will generate a large amount of heat. The cooling system mainly uses water cooling or air cooling to control the temperature of the laser and optical system within an appropriate range to ensure the stability and life of the equipment.
