Rotators are distinguished by diameter and weight:
Use of conventional rotary: For lightweight and small diameter workpieces, conventional rotary heads can be used. This kind of rotary head usually has simple structure and low cost, and is suitable for precision marking of small workpieces.
Applicable scenes: such as rings, bracelets, small cylindrical parts. This kind of workpiece will not put too much burden on the indexing head due to its light weight and can guarantee the precision.
Customized Rotary: For heavier and larger diameter workpieces, customized rotary are required. Customized rotary heads typically have a higher load capacity and greater clamping range to hold large workpieces stably.
Upright Design: Upright columns with sideways laser marking can help avoid instability due to weight or size of the part. Upright design can also ensure the precision and uniformity of laser marking.
Applicable scenarios: such as large pipes, heavy machinery parts, aerospace parts, etc.. These workpieces are heavy and have large diameters, requiring more stable clamping and more precise positioning.
