HND LASER has developed a new protective constant temperature and humidity laser marking equipment specifically for harsh environments. This upgraded version builds upon the standard model's features and protection system, enhancing the equipment's interference resistance, marking performance, and real-time monitoring of current, voltage, and frequency.
The upgraded system maintains a constant temperature and humidity at all times, effectively protecting electrical components and reducing failure rates. The temperature control system cools critical components such as the laser, screen, electrical circuits, and auxiliary equipment. The new design places the center of gravity at the bottom, ensuring more stable and secure movement of the equipment.
The high-power air conditioning system provides ample cooling and heating capacity to handle external environmental temperatures. Condensation is drained through a dedicated pipe, preventing moisture-related issues. Built-in high-efficiency insulation significantly reduces air conditioning energy consumption and better controls internal temperatures.
